E. And because it costs $60 to fill up my gas tank:
Thank the cardboard gods for cheap, cool cards. Several months ago, I took my car in to get serviced and noticed that Toyota was giving away 4" x 6" postcards featuring NL MVP candidate: Buster Posey.
By now you know, I'm a sucker for oversized cards. Throw in the fact that these are free promotions and it seemed sureal. It's too bad I don't have access to Buster, because this would be sweet to get signed.
Just curious...
Last night, I paid $4.859/gallon for supreme @ Chevron in Mountain View, CA. Is this ridiculous or what?
Happy Thursday and sayonara!

What part of the world are you in and what are you paying for a gallon of gas?

Western PA...$3.75/gallon right now..at $4.85 it'd be cheaper for me to quit my job
$3.39 in the east side of Houston and 10 cents cheaper than that with my grocery points card. I think the average across the Houston area is $3.45/gal. That seems to be the number I see the most.
$4.31 for regular unleaded......not far from you ,Sacramento ,CA
$3.52 in Cincinnati. I can get it as low as $3.25 at a Sunoco next to my job. Gas prices are all over the place here but $3.52 is near the highest.
$4.00 even in the (lesser) Syracuse area.
umm a US gallon.
conversion rate from GBP
$8.30
(you guys have it easy)
Holy smokes! I guess I can't complain.
Canada at 1.21 a litre
4.54 litres=1 gallon
$5.49
just under 60.00 to fill my 09 Toyota Corolla--I'm guessing you have a Toyota
and did you pick up more than 1
About $1 less per gallon than you here in Rhode Island...
Yeah, I own a Toyota Yaris... but last night I didn't fill it up. The $60 went into my TL.
Yeah, I picked up a small stack (maybe 4 or 5) that I've slowly handed out.
In Upstate NY it's hovering around 4 dollars a gallon.
Northwest New Mexico, $3.89 gallon.
I too own a Yaris. And yours either has a larger tank than mine, or you are a lot less scared of the one flashing bar on the gas gauge than I am. I'm certain I've never had to put 13.994 gallons in to fill it up.
Here in central pa it's around $3.73/gallon. If I apply my GIANT FOODS gas bonus points then it drops to about $1.25 or less a gallon.
$1.25/gallon? They need to bring GIANT FOODS out to the West Coast. I'm still paying in the mid to high $4 range.
What's even worse is if I acquire enough points I've already filled my suv for $.01 for 22 gallons. Sick.....isn't it!
Disgusting!
