A. I use it as my cardboard diary, so that one day I’ll be able to look back on my posts and reflect on my hobby experiences.
B. I use it to meet other people around the world who share similar interests.
C. I use it to ask fellow collectors for advice or information when I have questions about our hobby.
D. I use it to build my personal collection through trades and purchases among fellow bloggers and readers.
Yet I’m constantly running into fellow bloggers and readers who generously donate items to my personal collection.
Last week a gentleman who stumbled across my blog sent me an email asking me if I’d be interested in some free items he was cleaning out of his garage. He mentioned that he had read one of my Mother’s Cookies posts and that he had several sets he was looking to get rid of. He was even willing to meet me half way since we live about 45 minutes away from each other.
I accepted his generous offer… figuring that most of the stuff would bring smiles to my students’ faces. But after sifting through his two boxes, I discovered a treasure trove of goodies that will never see the light of my classroom.
Stay tuned as I post some amazing new PC items in the future. In the meantime here’s a snapshot of the items:
As for my students… don’t worry… I’m not going to be greedy. A lot of these items will still make it into their hands. But I can't wait to show off some of the seriously cool stuff that were passed down from one collector to another.
Thanks Bruce! I appreciate your generosity and look forward to checking out that San Jose Sharks collection you have.
Happy Wednesday and sayonara!

Does Bruce want to unload more stuff? I'll drive halfway too. Would be about 1500 miles. Not bad...
Those are some excellent reasons to be here!!!!
Looks like some great stuff. Can't wait to see everything up close rather than in one big view
Wow. How great is that? Congrats!
Nice get Fuji!
That is pretty cool. You are right, this is a pretty good way to meet people who have similar interest.
