In addition to the Pacific Northwest crew, I've noticed a midwest (Michigan-Illinois) contingent, and a cluster of us in the NY/NJ area. My social skills have gone away and having friends doesn't matter much to me anymore. At least local friends. I prefer to just have a few of the friends I have met on here and they are much more quality friends then I have ever met here. I prefer, especially now with Covid, to just stay away from people. I have become even less social now and don't even feel comfortable around anyone. I try to avoid places when I can.Matthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02949460127063264497noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4199201726099157936.post-33567003234799990952021-02-19T21:18:21.489-08:002021-02-19T21:18:21.489-08:00Yep, me too. My group of close friends is four or five, sometimes I wish it was more but that's just not my personality.

In real life I'm a lot more boring than I seem on Cardboard History (not that I come off as exciting on there) and I'm nowhere near as organized as you all think I am. It's only natural to shed your social side as you get older, only the relentless extroverts behave the way they did in their 20s when they're in their 60s. This is why people settle down and find a significant other and raise kids and all that other stuff. The teens and 20s is for connecting. After that, who cares?night owlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11673973790245316059noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4199201726099157936.post-16535902002760520522021-02-18T19:40:40.046-08:002021-02-18T19:40:40.046-08:00No COMMENTNo COMMENTJohnnys Trading Spothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05202597965281782849noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4199201726099157936.post-84408868790136502392021-02-18T19:39:41.393-08:002021-02-18T19:39:41.393-08:00Let's do Jax, FL March 6th :)Let's do Jax, FL March 6th :)Johnnys Trading Spothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05202597965281782849noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4199201726099157936.post-41445834461200435902021-02-18T19:00:15.074-08:002021-02-18T19:00:15.074-08:00You spend the first half of your life trying to ac...You spend the first half of your life trying to accumulate as many friends as possible...as the second half of your life trying to get rid of them all.Swing And A Pop-uphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15366868132258608938noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4199201726099157936.post-54876862118069133862021-02-18T18:40:25.561-08:002021-02-18T18:40:25.561-08:00I'm like that too, my social life peaked in my...I'm like that too, my social life peaked in my 20s and now I have no interest in hanging out at bars, going to concerts or any of that stuff.

I've come to appreciate the value of friends and family much more too.
