I didn't know about these - thanks for sharing!

2) I'm pretty sure my first insert was from 1993 Upper Deck - when I got back into collecting. Likely an "On Deck" or something like that.

3) I own the earliest (I think it's 1984) Topps Glossy set, so those are probably my oldest insert.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4199201726099157936.post-29637826532128517492011-12-31T09:50:12.990-08:002011-12-31T09:50:12.990-08:00Yeah, they were rack pack only inserts. There were almost certainly a few in my early period, but no idea what. At that point where I really started collecting, there was a Fleer Ultra Double Trouble Shaq that features prominently in my memories, but I'm not sure it was one I pulled. So I honestly don't know for sure. It was an enjoyable exercise thinking back though. Good times...

3.) Does 1969 Topps Deckle Edge count as an insert? I'm not sure exactly how they were released. But if so, that's probably it for me.Twitchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12536763054977401389noreply@blogger.com
