My introduction to wings was Buffalo Joe's in Evanston Illinois when I was in college. I do like grilled wings though. Best I ever had were in Lincoln, Nebraska. It was called The Watering Hole. They grilled 'em. Best wings in Houston are from Pinkerton's Barbeque.
